If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@kenzalondon.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
